Nokia Extends Nseries with N75, N95

Nokia today announced two all-new additions to its Nseries line of flagship phones, and several music-oriented updates to existing models.
- N75: A new clamshell smartphone with features similar to the N71, but in a thinner, lighter form factor with dedicated music keys on the front. Supports WCDMA 850/1900 and quad-band GSM/EDGE for the U.S. market. Features a microSD memory card slot (up to 2 GB), 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0, QVGA display, and S60 3rd Edition. Expected to ship in the U.S. by the end of this year.
- N95: Nokia's first phone with HSDPA high-speed data. This slide-style device sports a large 2.6 inch QVGA display, 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with Carl Ziess lens, VGA-resolution video capture at 30 fps with image stabilization, stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with UPnP, TV output, a 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS and mapping software, slide-out media keys, and a microSD memory card slot. 3G works in the 2100 band for Europe and Asia only, although quad-band GSM is also included. Shipping Q1 2007.
- N91 8GB: An update to the N91 music phone that upgrades the internal hard disk drive from 4 GB to 8 GB. Available by the end of 2006.

Finally, the best phone in the world
I don't care about the price tag... or at least too much. Hell, make it 300 bucks more and i'd still buy it with no regrets at 1G. I don't know if im the only one here that has noticed it (i highly doubt im alone on this one) but no matter how baddd a$$ the phone is and every single company is subject to the same fault: there is at least one major point missing!! This phone marks a new day in history - Finally the ultimate, satisfy all, phone!! I have been proud owner of a nokia n80 since July of '06 and I love it to death. But but but... there are a few things i feel they could have elaborated on with this phone, and the n95 satisfies all of those things and more!!!! Stereo bluetooth, even better camera but WITH autofocus and CZ lens, bigge...

This wonderful looking phone is apparently being delayed till 2007. I spoke to reps at the NYC Nokia Store and was told it's not showing up any time soon. Bah.

God bless you Nokia. I say keep ignoring Moto's billion dollar trend and keep making them more bulky and pricey. It will be a miracle if you can even contend in the US for another year. Nokia, I love you, but you are so crazy. đ¤Ŗ
Here's the difference: Motorola makes phones that look cool and everyone rushes out to buy them but have reliability issues. I have way too many friends who rushed out and got the RAZR/ROKR/SLVR and hated it a couple of months later.

I'm about to buy a new phone but i don't know if i should wait (i hate waiting đĄ ) for the N95 or buy the black N73 next month.
Like all "new" technology the N95 may come messed-up and i think Nokia hinted that a future US phone will have the similar features.
The N73 is great minus Wifi plus its black, plus plus i don't have to wait as long. . . . all that to say any advice???

Get the N75. We will not be getting the N95, and the device similar to the N95 will probably be introduced well into the year (IMHO). I will, no doubt, be getting the N75. This, to me, is by far the most anticipated phone release for Cingular this y...

The N75 will almost certainly go to Cingular, but the N95 won't be going to any US carrier, at least not in it's current incarnation. You'd have to get one to use unlocked, but then, you'd have to have service with a GSM carrier in order to use the p...

Specs from NokiaUSA state the N95 is only triband, and your press release said quadband. Which is it??

Both pictures of phones that are not the flip phone are for the same phone, so no pic for the 8 gigabite one, I'm guessing bc it looks just the same as the previous 4 gigabite one?

Looks like Nokia's back! I'm so excited. I'll probably buy all of them, as they come out. Hopefully, the N75 will come out in October, along with the E62.
