T-Mobile will participate in a trial for mobile TV service Hiwire beginning next month. Hiwire is testing a DVB-H network in the 700 MHz band in Las Vegas with 3-4 handsets. T-Mobile has been named as a test partner for this service, however they have not signed on to launch with Hiwire. Like MediaFLO, Hiwire owns 700 MHz spectrum in the UHF TV band around the country. The recent FCC decision to allow MediaFLO to begin launching its service before the analog TV sundown should also allow Hiwire to do the same if trials are successful.

Personally...
...I like to watch TV on my tiny little phone screen while I'm zipping down the highway at 80mph while keeping the kids from killing one another. Great stuff.
So noone should have it just cause it doesn't fit your busy life?
Tmobile is starting to catch up
🙂 Tmo is doing big things! Slowly but surely. They need too because they were starting to look like a little regional carrier. Now they can really compete with the other 3 top carriers.
Very true. Now they are a huge threat if they can grow their footprint.
it seems tmobile is going a unique route as far as next generation technology and not just relying on hsdpa, tmobile is diversifing themselves with wifi, uma, and now with the tv on phones using uhf
