YouTube Expands Mobile Offering
Jan 24, 2008, 11:47 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Today YouTube announced a new mobile site that will allow users to access most of the site's millions of videos directly from their mobile phones. In order to watch YouTube videos on your mobile phone, it will need to be able to stream video and access a 3G network. The new mobile site will also have personalization and community features that weren't available before. Users can set up links to favorite videos as well as manage channel subscriptions. Unlimited data plans are highly recommended.
