Ballmer: Zune Music Software Coming to Windows Mobile

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer confirmed during a recent interview that Microsoft will be adding the Zune music player software to the Windows Mobile platform. He did not provide a timeframe for when the software will be added.

Qualcomm will make a big push to bring high-speed mmWave 5G to more affordable phones in 2022, according to comments made by CEO Cristiano Amon during a Q&A session at the company's Snapdragon Summit event in Hawaii today. In an interview with Phone Scoop, Brian Mecum, Verizon VP of Device Technology said "satellite is a very interesting space to us", when asked if Verizon planned an answer to T-Mobile's partnership with SpaceX for satellite connectivity. T-Mobile's planned system will allow existing, standard mobile phones to connect directly to SpaceX Starlink satellites for service outside of cellular coverage.

Very Cool...

This is something I think I would use extensively. Other opinions on this? Zune has been gaining speed with their MP3's and I feel this would be a great added feature for any mobile windows user. I say bring it on!

I don't really know much about Zune other than the devices being pretty cool. I would like to see a steaming media service available directly in the windows mobile operating system. Store you music on their server or a PC and be able to access then ...
