Today Samsung unveiled two more TouchWiz-based handsets. Aside from TouchWiz and Samsung's widgets, both phones have a new feature called Gesture Lock. Gesture Lock lets users lock/unlock different applications on their phones by drawing letters on the screen. For example, if a user draws the letter "M", it could be set to open their messaging applications. The S5600 and S5230 share many features, including accelerometers; quad-band GSM/EDGE radios; 3 megapixel cameras with smile shot and video capture; FM radios with RDS; Bluetooth 2.1; microSD support up to 8GB; and built-in Google search features.
- S5600: Features that set the S5600 apart are its dual-band 900/2100 MHz 7.2Mbps HSDPA and 2.8-inch QVGA screen. The S5600 will be available in Europe starting in May.
- S5230: This phone has no 3G, but has a 3.0-inch WQVGA screen. It will be available in Europe starting in April.
