Today Verizon Wireless announced another extension of Alltel's MyCircle calling plans. Now, Verizon Wireless's business customers may be eligible for Friends & Family plans, which lets them choose up to 10 numbers that they call most often and not be billed for the minutes used when calling those numbers. Businesses will be able to add cell lines from Verizon or other carriers and landlines to their Friends & Family list. The list can be edited or changed at any time at no cost. The plan is available to single lines that have plans with 900 or more minutes ($60/month), or shared lines with a minimum of 450 minutes ($45/month). The new plans will be available starting March 15.

F&F alreadey existed in Business plans

FYI. A similiar feature, involving 5 numbers you can talk unlimited to, already existed on Verizon Business lines. This feature was released about 6 months before it was released to consumers(Friend & Families).

Also, Sprint/Nextel is looking to join the party with their own unlimited favorites feature by the end of this year.

Why does it....

mention that you can add Verizon cell numbers to it as well when you have unlimited mobile-to-mobile to them as it is..
...because that is not the case with business lines.
