INQ Mobile Preparing a Twitter Phone

INQ Mobile's chief executive confirmed to Reuters that the company is working to develop a new phone that targets users of the Twitter micro-blogging service. The phone would be pushed as a mass market device and will cost operators less than $140. Frank Meehan, chief executive of INQ, said that the phone would include an Internet-based Twitter client, but he didn't provide any more details about the phone. INQ already makes a handset known as the "Facebook phone" due to its integration with Facebook's services. The new Twitter phone should be available by the holiday shopping season, according to Meehan.

snaptu twitter already makes INQ1 a great Twitter phone

You can already use one of the best Twitter apps on the INQ1, snaptu. Some guy made a video of it ages ago:
