Comcast is looking at ways to deliver on-demand video content to its subscribers via the Internet. Comcast Chief Financial Officer Michael Angelaks said, "As you know, we are testing today a service called On Demand Online. I can envision some point in the future that having a wireless component. And there has been lots of discussion about voice clients at some point and I don't want to say much more than that, but I think that data is really an important product for us to lead in the wireless side." Comcast's short-term goals include delivering mobile Internet to laptops and similar devices, as well as on-demand video. Comcast does not plan to offer on-demand TV content to mobile phones, nor does it have immediate plans to offer any voice services, but Comcast is still exploring those possibilities.
