Motorola Will Not Support Windows Mobile 6.5

Today Motorola stood by previous statements that it plans to support "two strategic platforms" when it comes to its smartphone devices. When asked directly, Motorola's Christy Wyatt said that Motorola is waiting for the next generation of platform software from Microsoft before it will begin making Windows Mobile devices again. It will not be adopting nor making any devices running Windows Phone 6.5. Android counts as one of the strategic platforms that Motorola is supporting.

Very Sad...
Even with all the hype of new devices brought to the table, most are still lacking key essential elements that WinMo has been providing for years. The multi-tasking is still not taken seriously. I really don't know how someone can overlook the running multiple apps at once. I find this a crucial part of productivity for business, and even in standard use. Running one app taking a call and then returning to the app is a joy.
In my opinion, I have no problem with WinMo having a better looking UI slapped over it as long as I have the power of accessing WinMo when needed. It may not be attractive or a want for the generation of Blin...
