HTC today filed a lawsuit claiming that Apple is violating five of its patents related to mobile technology. The lawsuit was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission, and HTC seeks to prevent Apple from importing the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch into the U.S. Jason Mackenzie, vice president of North America, HTC Corporation, said in a prepared statement, "We are taking this action against Apple to protect our intellectual property, our industry partners, and most importantly our customers that use HTC phones." Mackenzie also pointed out that HTC developed the first Pocket PC Phone Edition device in 2002, and the first Android handset in 2008. Apple sued HTC in March for patent violation. Apple is also suing and being sued by Nokia over wireless patents.

I'm putting my money on the Apple Farmers of America suing over Apple's logo 🙄
I'm suing over Apple's infringing on my right to enjoy this website. And for bluecoyote.
Why...
Seems like everyone has taken their jab at them already. Don't get me wrong, I don't care too much for Apple. Just stating the obvious.
