Apple Disputes More Patent Infringements by HTC

Apple is suing HTC for more patent infringements, in addition to the twenty original infringements the company was already suing its Taiwanese rival about. According to TechCrunch, Apple has a new case number for a suit involving two additional patents, both of which deal with "real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration." The suit was filed in the same Delaware district as the original Apple suit against HTC.

Patent #1301- Ability for Microphone to randomly crap out
Patent #5125- Ability for phone to freeze and require hard reset while using Bluetooth DUN, or adjusting Bluetooth settings. (This is HTC's power management system.... hard resets save energy for the time the battery is removed
Patent #221- Ability for the phone to display the error "USB device not found" when trying to place a call. (Privacy feature)
