AT&T spokesperson Seth Bloom confirmed to Phone Scoop via email that the carrier will support the mobile hotspot feature in iOS 4.3 once it becomes available on March 11. Bloom said, "To utilize this feature, customers will need to subscribe to the DataPro 4GB/$45 tethering data plan." The DataPro plan is the same one that's required for users wishing to tether their iPhone to a laptop. The mobile hotspot feature will allow the iPhone to be used to create a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot and provide Internet access to other devices.
