Phone is Alright, but Not Great.
I like this phone, but however both of my phones (RAZRS- have messed up. but i have a one year warranty so thats alright i guess too.Iwould not suggest this phone to someone who like to mess with it all the time. but if you are prone to drop it, it is a marvelous phone(very tough)
PROS: great pictures,good bit of memory, long battery life, great for keeping in you pocket (like at school or work), keys are big and easy to use, the phone its self is extremely easy to use (actually easier than a nokia), great reception, easy to get to internet and text messages(if ur with cingular), and has great sound exept when you have someone on speakerphone, mine has got wet before and not messed up,
CONS: -speakerphone stinks
-messes up daily(when you mess with it alot)
-gets fingerprints and greece on it all the time
- hard to hold on to
-does not take pics in the dark
-very easy to lock and never be unlocked if you forget the code
-does not charge sometimes
- cuts off in middle of calls
- bluetooth files go corrupt most of the times
- makes static noises during the day but not at night
- easy to push buttons and make the phone make noises
- does not cut off camera when you close it!!! makes me mad
-buttons get hard to push and very slick after a while
(CAR CHARGERS ARENT GOOD FOR THEM)

I purchased this phone for $49.99 with a company discount, and am thankful I'm not of the unlucky ones who spent hundreds for this cool looking paper weight. I can't hear who I'm speaking to, they can't hear me, the internet is terribly slow, if you drop even a few inches to your desk it shuts off, and the camera stinks. Also, i'm on my third phone, as the darn thing just freezes every so often for laughs. I try to call out, get nothing, turn it off and back on, suddenly I have 12 angry messages from my wife and kids wanting to know why I'm avoiding them. Only use is for looks. My old samsung was much better.
It's... Okay...
I have had mine replaced once, my roommate had her's replaced twice, before switching to the SLVR... Now I just bought a V400 on Ebay...
First thing, I must say that it's so beautiful, that it's boring me. Haha. I got it and was all excited, and now, 8 months down the road, I just want the normal looking phone back. So, this is all opinion. I have this phone with Cingular.
Pros
-Nice to look at
-Easy to use
-Big screen
-Enough features to keep me occupied for a month or two
-Since it is thin, doesn't fall out of my pocket all the time because of lack of bulk
Cons
-Sometimes takes alittle long to load when first turned on
-Makes a weird spaceship noise in the background after you have it for a few months of use (both of mine have done this, my roommates SLVR does not, so I'm guess it's the phone, not the service)
-It's so wide that it takes adjusting to hold it
-Vplume isn't loud enough
Wait For A Better Phone
Ok here's the story I bought the Motorola razor 4 month ago. I switched to cingular to get it. Well I have had 6 replacement in 4 months. 2 of them had software problems where the phone would randomly shut off and I would have clue unless I open it. 2 of them had a problem with the hinge. A spring would come loose and Then hinge would get loose. Then the phone would open to far shorting out the screen. Then 1 of the replacements wouldn't even turn on. The last one I got had a really load buzzing noise coming out of the speaker. And ll theses phones that they sent me where brand new. So finally cingular sent me a nokia 9300 for all the problems I had. That phone was almost worth all the problems I had with the razor. I really like the thinness of the phone but had way to many problems for me. So beware if you are buying one of these phones.
Worst Phone Ever Created
I have had to replace this phone 8 times within the last six months!!!!!
Pros:

Cons:
* poor cell phone reception
* drops calls
* misses calls
* very fragile
* screen defects(dust,white screen,freezing)
* software defects(has tobe reset contantly)
* keys stop working
* poor sound quality
So basically.....only buy the Razor if you want to look cool....don't buy it if you want a phone you can actually use! This phone is notorious for being the worst phone EVER CREATED!!!!!
Razr v3 rocks
Not only does the razr v3 look good, but it preforms great. i have not had mine for very long but it is not hard to navigate threw the menu. the razr is very userfriendley. the razr has very good reception im with fido i always have a 5 on 5. is sound very good on calls and speakerphone. i would recommend the razr to anyone.

Great phone for teenagers!!!
I love this phone!! All of my friends have a Blue tooth so we transfer stuff everyday.

i think that is it but i think it is a great phone for anyone who wants all of the pros..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
nice but useless
Pros: Nice, thin phone, good reception, good for a show off; USB connection is real nice and blue-tooth also works fine.
Cons: Very low volume, even at maximum. Impossible to hear when traveling on a train or noisy environment.
Vibration too weak; even with ringer at highest setting and vibration on, you can not feel it/hear it on a running train.
Low battery life, have to recharge every single night. Battery has a low life and when it die is like your phone has broken; phone reset in the middle of conversation making you think something is wrong with the phone, but it's the bad battery.
The Blue-tooth hearing piece also have a very low volume, even at high.
Not What I Thought It Would Be
I have gone through 3 different RAZR V3's in three months. I finally decided that I wanted the pink one. I am on my second pink RAZR, the first one I got had a problem with the screen within a week now I am stuck with the one I have that replaced it and this is what I like and dislike:
Pros: the color, the big screen, and the security features, and it's okay when you have to navigate through menus.
Cons: buttons are too shiney hard to see in the sun, terrible camera, reception is the worst even on major highways and cities (where it should work but doesn't), if you use the sim card you cannot have picture id, the sound quality when you are on a call is horrible so I thought I would use the speaker phone- the sound quality of that is even worse, go ahead and try to use the voice dialing- first of all it is hard to set it up and then once you get that far the phone does not recognize anything you say anyway, it does not give you the option to use bluetooth or a wire headset. I do not care for the bluetooth technology.
If you want to go with a good phone you should not go with the RAZR the V557 had much better reception anyway. I would go back to that phone in a minute. Due to the cons I decided to switch to Sprint and now I have the Samsung A900, so much better and more features!
Solid Performer
I have had this phone for a year and a half and have totally been satisfied with it. I was a dedicated Nokia user prior to that and was sold this one when I was told by another loyal Nokia user that this one was as solid as any Nokia she has owned. My biggest concern with any phone is getting the best signal in the most areas as possible and that the unit stands up to a little pounding from travel. This RAZR was that and more:
Pros:
- Super slim & light, but with a more than adequate keypad (for my larger than average thumb and fingers).
- Sturdy enough to take a few 4-6 foot drops and the occasional dowsing of water or cocktail.
- Syncs very well computer for contacts and date appointments (Microsoft Outlook).
- Software included apps that allowed you to create ringtones from your MP3's. (No paying $.99 to $1.99)
- Great color from the large main screen
Cons:
- A little hard to see main screen in direct sunlight
- Software to sync had to be purchased for $39.99. I hated paying it, but was very useful in the end.
- The speaker might be a little quiet for my taste
- The Speaker function could have been a little better.
All in all, just a solid phone.
