No way to see the screen in daylight. The font size is fixed and small. The phone is very tiny. Menu choices and "options" are illogical. Sometimes you use options sometimes you use menu.<br /><br />The first 8 names in your address book are ATT numbers and you can't delete them. Not customizable for basic features (like joystick functions). Unintuitive menu.
