I disliked this phone almost from the beginning. The only reason I got it was because I was due for an upgrade and decided to take it. I love texting and it does have a good text format and easy to use qwerty board, but the power button is terribly placed. They put it right on top of the phone, where my finger tends to rest and sometimes I turn the phone off by accident.

The touch screen can get a little annoying because I kept accidently calling people and sometimes still do. The lock system is easy though and the on screen functions are otherwise easy to navigate. Does not have heat touch screen, but instead has pressure touch screen so the screen will wear down faster.

This phone is not very compatible with games or going online, even though it is an option. I would suggest just sticking to your computer at home for any games or web browsing. Otherwise a decent phone, gets the job done and becomes less frustrating after some getting used to. Still could have several major improvements, but I would just rather upgrade to a simpler slider. Touch screen is a little over rated.

I bought this phone for my kid. He loved it the first minute I activated it because it was shipped. So overall a good phone. The only thing i would change is that there was a video cam on it you can only take pictures. But other than that a Excellent Phone.
