Title says most of it.

I lost my old pantech and replaced it with a blackberry, which was pretty bad (hard to use, crummy camera) - then I exchanged the blackberry for this pantech.
- Read a manual because some of the functions aren't obvious.
- I had a pink line show up across the screen, fixed it by removing battery for 10 minutes.

really good phone great reception battery life is a little weak but manageable will be updated to ics soon havent got to test lte speeds yet

The phone is great it is super fast and the LTE on this is extremely fast better than Verizon I can say screen is extremely vivid and image quality is remarkable
