The main improvement for me is the trackpad over the trackball, its very smooth.<br />I also have a Bold 9900 so I'm familiar with os 7.1, funny thing is I almost never use the touchscreen having learned Blackberry on the 8900.<br />So I don't miss a touchscreen here on the 9315.<br />The 8900 speaker was louder, both ringers &amp; on calls.<br />This phone you can set the LED notifications to different colors, which is helpful to me.<br />I was going to wait for the Q10 till I noticed they did away with the trackpad &amp; buttons, wtf Blackberry.<br />To sum it up, this phone is just right.
