Just be prepared if you're getting this to use with T-mobile that you won't be able to get to your T-Zones which I found out the hard way. If you're into downloading Real Tones, apparently this phone is not compatible. It's a good phone with some of the most features needed missing. No blue-tooth, no speaker-phone. The volume on calls are very low and you're always having to ask callers to repeat themselves. The ringer volume on the other hand is loud and you can also set it to ring and vibrate at the same time. The camera is good for a phone (need great pictures get a digital camera) and so is the video cam. The phone book is not one of the best but you can put a pic with the person's info which shows up as a mini-me version of the original when the person calls. In this case, it's not quite as bad, but it does have some problems staying open from time to time.<br /><br />My other complaints, universal to all LG devices, are 1) the cheap plastic feel of the device and 2) the lousy firmware - can't even view details of a downloaded image.<br /><br />Signal is inconsistent as well. Checked for strength in a known strong spot, and it was all over the place with this phone, often within the span of a minute or two.<br /><br />The EDGE on this device does work nicely, I must admit, and the 4x zoom vid cam is a bonus too. But at the same time...LG has some work to do if they plan to win me over.
