Represensatives Fred Upton, R-Mich., and Billy Tauzin, R-La. this week introduced a bill that would earmark certain funds from FCC spectrum auctions for reimbursing government users for spectrum relocation costs. The bill is titled the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act.
