Intel today announced new processor chips for cell phones that stack an Intel® XScale™ processor directly on top of Intel StrataFlash® memory chips, in a single package. Intel's StrataFlash memory uses multi-level cell technology to achieve higher density, using less power. The stacked processors are available at 200 or 300 MHz speeds, with 16 or 32 MB of integrated memory.
