BlackBerry Email Coming To Palm OS

updated PalmSource, Inc. and Research In Motion (RIM) today announced they will work together to market and promote the BlackBerry Connect™ solution. RIM will offer Palm OS licensees the company's software solution for Palm Powered handhelds and smartphones, which enables secure, push-based email and data connectivity on such devices. The software transparently links existing Palm OS mail software with BlackBerry enterprise mail servers. The solution will be available on certain future devices from Palm OS licensees, and may also be made available for some current devices via a software update.
