HTC One S Hits T-Mobile Stores April 25 for $199

T-Mobile USA today announced that the HTC One S will go on sale through its various sales channels starting April 25. The One S, which was announced earlier this year by HTC, supports T-Mobile's 42Mbps HSPA+ network and has a different treatment for the metallic surfaces, but is otherwise the same as the international version of the device. It has a 4.3-inch qHD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera, Beats Audio, HTC MediaLink, DropBox integration, and Android 4.0 with Sense 4.0. The device will cost $199.99 after rebate with a new two-year agreement. The full retail price of the One S is $599.99.

HTC Talks Jelly Bean Updates for Devices

HTC recently posted more information about which devices will and won't receive Android 4.1 Jelly Bean updates. Devices released in 2012 have the priority for 4.1 updates, but HTC will evaluate some 2011 devices as well.

One S = better?

I don't know about you guys, but I would rathar have an OLED screen and NOT have battery sucking LTE, as long as you are in a good signal area for T-Mobile, HSPA+ 42 should be damn fast.
