Clearwire recently announced that it has become the latest member of the Rural Carrier Association. The RCA, which is composed of carriers with fewer than 80 million subscribers, also counts Sprint and T-Mobile as members. The RCA believes that Clearwire shares concerns with its more-than 100 carrier members. Clearwire joined the RCA to help advocate for wireless competition.

Less than 80 million members ?

So every single carrier can join except At&t and Verizon, thats what it sounds like.

Why not just call it the Blue & Red haters club ?
Because that would be way to obvious. It would be like naming my new iPhone detox group "People Who Hate Apples" which also makes for a lousy acronym.... just sayin'
