Google to Buy Frommers

Google has agreed to purchase Frommers from John Wiley & Sons for an undisclosed sum. Frommers publishes information that is used by travelers both online and in printed books. Google hasn't decided whether or not it will continue to print Frommers' guide books, reports The Wall Street Journal. The deal, which is expected to close shortly, will help bolster Google's online review business in markets around the world. Google already owns Zagat.
