Qualcomm has announced Alltel will license uiOne, a technology capable of completely changing a phone's interface from a downloadable file. uiOne uses BREW to build custom a custom look and feel for every aspect of a phone's interface, not just a wallpaper or home screen. ??

So in theory the only difference between phones will be the way they look if you can make any phone the way you want it, its pretty cool but I would have thought that the phone manufacturers would not like it
IF I get what this is saying isn't this the same a "themes" on series 60 devices? or if not whats the difference?
