Is It Your Type? Body The Three S's

Our in-depth review of Sprint's two-sided music phone.

What if you flipped your mp3 player over only to find a cell phone on the other side? Sprint and Samsung have created a phone that keeps media and phone functions separate instead of combining them, in an effort to make each experience better.

The UpStage features two sets of controls, two screens and two different sets of features. This means you'll be using both sides of the phone all the time. Make a phone call, turn it over, find a new song, turn it over, send a text message, turn it over, browse the web.

But are two sides really better than one?

In regards to the battery wallet, etc.

On your page regarding the phone call capability, if you were to rip the front flap of the battery wallet off and something were to happen to it, you would not be able to get it replaced. Most techs will claim this as physical damage. So, if this is something you are looking to do, just keep in mind that you may have to take responsibility and buy a replacement battery wallet if yours fails.

Also, in regards to the info sticker on the phone. I'm sure everyone will take this off. I would too, but please, please stick it to the battery side of the wallet. This way if your screen breaks and you need to get it serviced, the tech will still be able to scan the serial number on the sticker to be able to work on it.
...There is a full sticker with the ESN which can be seen as soon as a tech opens up the phone. That is the procedure. Telling people to keep on that SHIPPING sticker is absurd.

Samsung Upstage

Hello all. I wanted to see if anyone else has had or is having this problem. On my phone, the red battery (the phone battery) actually drains first instead of the green (wallet) battery. This is a big deal cause when I want to listen to music like say after 11 am this morning--1 and half hours into listening music--my phone says it needs to recharge even though the battery wallet is full. . . it was explained to me that the wallet drains first then the phone.

So, do others phones work the opposite of mine?? I"m hoping Sprint will change this out for me since I'm still within the 30 days and I guess if they say no I'll switch the M1 as this phone is not as impressive as the made it sound to be.
my green one dies first. WHen mine dies it just ****s off when on silence all, no beep at all.
My red one also dies first. I also found these other features that do not work correctly. I am going to return mine.

1. Allows you to make or answer a roaming call without hitting an extra key even when the feature is turned on.
2. When you set a ...

Totally agree w/conclusion...

I got swept up with this phone's wow-factor but soon realized its shortcomings and returned it. The flipping thing is cool, but downright cumbersome.
