Skype this week announced version 4.0 of the Skype app for Android, a major overhaul of the app, bringing it up to parity with the version for Windows Phone. The app sports a redesigned interface that puts recent conversations front and center, with one tap to reply to an active conversation, and one more tap for a voice or video call. The app is available now in Google's Play Store.
