Google Play Music to Add Podcasts

Google today said it will soon make podcasts available within the Play Music app. Google has already opened a portal for podcasters to upload their shows. Google will use the uploads to populate a podcast section in the Play Music app, with support for searching and browsing. Google said it hopes users will be able to find new and engaging podcasts thanks to contextual suggestions based on location, time of day, and so on. Google will make podcasts live in the U.S. Play Music app soon.
