Nokia will launch an updated version of the N80 in mid-September. The N80i includes a number of new internet-focused applications, but features the exact same hardware as the original wrapped in a slightly different color scheme. The N80i includes software from Nokia's tie-up with Yahoo! including the integrated Flickr upload in the camera and gallery applications and Yahoo! Go for Mobile. It also includes a mobile search application and an Amazon branded ebook reader. Finally the N80i includes two applications to make getting connected easier. A new Wi-Fi wizard will further ease the process of connecting to wireless LANs, and a new SIP framework makes it easier to use VOIP applications like Gizmo project on the handset.
