Mobile Marketing Association Sets Privacy Guidelines

The Mobile Marketing Association today announced what it calls a Global Code of Conduct for mobile marketers with respect to end user privacy. The Code has five guiding principles, which, if followed, should allow mobile marketers to effectively market their wares while ensuring that consumers are informed, not bothered by unwanted materials, and protected by certain privacy guidelines.
