It would seem after iPhone, after Instinct, that the Voyager, would be going the same route....

I think that Visual Voicemail is the next route that all voicemail will be going. Its only a matter of time before regular phones get this feature.
this product is not free.

this product also hasn't released yet which is why you can't download it.

You also will have to upgrade your phone to a new software version before you can use it.

Visual Voice Mail Update!

Visual Voice Mail (VVM) is available starting 8/8. For just $2.99 per month (plus download charges), VVM includes many robust voice mail features not offered on competitive products. In addition to features like higher capacity storage, Caller ID Based Greetings and Call Return, VVM offers the ability to:

* View a list of messages (date, time, originating number, duration)
* Manage and listen to voice mail in order of preference, instead of order of receipt
* Forward the message to other wireless users in an MMS message as a sound file
* Send the message to home or work email
* Easily archive important messages
* And more

At launch, Visual Voice Mail will be available to customers with Voyagers (LG10K) who visit one of our stores...

Has anyone been able to download it??

I'm having problems. The page just stays still as if it's loading something.. but nothing happens. I should call customer care.
ok.. I called customer care and they told me that the service isn't actually out right now- pretty much verizonwireless.com is just preparing for the actual launch. I'm guessing that's when the Refresh model/V10 is out.
😢 No ive been trying to download it to, and it never loads the full way let me know if you ever get it to work
Spoke to vzw Rep and he said that even though my phone has the latest firmware, there is another one specifically for this visual voice mail that a technician needs to apply.

will try it out tonight.
I tried to see if it would work now and it seems that VZW removed the page. So we pretty much got a 'look' at what is about to come..
Since this is a new application you have to have your phone updated with the latest software.
