ok Verizon just informed everyone they have the Touch Pro. Go to ALLTEL get a better rate plan with the Touch Pro (you will send less on the phone). When Verizon comes around you would have both worlds. Problem solved 😛

Will VZW replace this with their own TouchPRO when they acquire Alltel?

The Alltel version is much better, in that it has TouchFlo3d and the g-sensor (which the vzw version lacks both in).

This also looks similar to the sprint one rather than the vzw one.

Are you sure Verizon eliminated the accelerator on their version? It seems inconceivable that they would not include one of the coolest features of a phone on it. But then.......
