Google Unfurls GPS Support In Maps for the Storm
Feb 19, 2009, 5:48 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Google has created a new version of Maps for Mobile specifically for the BlackBerry Storm. The new version can access the Storm's internal GPS for more accurate functionality. It also enables the My Location feature and the Latitude location-sharing service that Google recently announced. This new version of Google Maps does not support GPS in older BlackBerries on Verizon's network.
