Virgin Mobile Extends 'Connect' to Pre-Paid Customers

Today, Virgin Mobile USA announced that it is extending its Connect social networking dashboard service to its pre-paid customers. Connect was launched for Virgin's post-paid customers in late 2008. The Connect interface allows customers to connect directly to Facebook, MySpace, Flickr and YouTube from one dashboard, negating the need to sign in separately to each service. It aggregates all the social networking content into one area on the phone. Connect also has a built-in RSS reader. Connect is available to all monthly and prepaid data pack customers.
