For the first time, Samsung is publicly showing the Verizon version of the Omnia II. The confirmed specs include a large 3.7-inch AMOLED display and a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera. First announced in June, a Verizon version of the Omnia II was promised, but not shown publicly until now. Current prototypes run Windows Mobile 6.1, but Samsung spokespeople stressed that the software is not final and a final release date has not been set.
