Today Slacker Radio announced a new version of its mobile music streaming application that is compatible with Palm's webOS platform. The free application lets users create their own custom radio stations and stream the music to their phone. Slacker Radio Mobile works with the Pre, Pre Plus, Pixi and Pixi Plus on both Sprint and Verizon's networks. It can be downloaded from the Apps Catalog or directly from Slacker's web site.

very nice

i like that there are more apps coming out for the palms. just gives the customers more choices in their smartphone purchases and that's always a good thing. plus i think slacker is better then pandora anyway but that's just my opinion.
I don't have much experience with either Pandora or Slacker. Would you tell me what it is about slacker that you like more than Pandora?

So does streaming radio kill the battery fast?
