Apple Bites Back at Kodak in Patent Suit

Apple has filed a countersuit against Kodak, claiming that 4 different family models of Kodak's cameras have copied Apple's patented technology for image processing, power management and other internal design issues. Apple is trying to block sales of these devices. In January, Kodak sued Apple and RIM for similar infringements relating to image previewing and image processing.

Bullshit! **** Apple! They are a bunch of ****ing retards with a big wallet and lawyers filing all these baseless lawsuits. Kodak, originally known as Eastman Kodak, was founded and was producing cameras and film and processing the images a century (that's 100 years for the illiterate) before Apple was even formed.
Last I checked Apple isn't using film based cameras in their devices... So the majority of the patents you are referring to is arbetrary to the lawsuit. If you want to know of the processes apple is referring to you should look no further than their i...
