ITC Agrees to Examine Apple's Complaints Against Kodak

Today the U.S International Trade Commission announced that it will move forward with an investigation concerning Kodak's alleged violation of Apple patents. Apple filed a complaint against Kodak and stated that Kodak is infringing on some of its patents related to imaging. Apple is hoping to ban Kodak from importing several of its cameras into the U.S. Apple is at the center of a handful of patent-related lawsuits with competitors such as Nokia and HTC.

And the fact that Kodak was named from the shutter sound of the camera, shouldn't they sue Apple for it's software making a shutter noise? 😉
I seriously doubt Kodak violated any of Apple's pate...
