Best Buy Relaunches Mobile Site with New Features

Best Buy today announced the relaunch of BestBuy.com/Mobile, its speciality mobile retail site. The refreshed web site adds two new features, including the ability to make handset purchases online and Instant Ship. Customers can purchase phones from the web site and have them shipped to their home or the nearest retail shop for in-store pick up. Instant Ship can be used if a customer shops at a Best Buy Mobile retail store and the device/color they want is not available in-store. The phone can be ordered and shipped directly from the Web site. Best Buy believes the new web site gives its customers more choice when it comes to purchasing mobile phones.
