During today's WWDC keynote, Apple said the iPhone 4 will go on sale starting June 24 for $199 (16GB) and $299 (32GB). It will be available in white and black. The iPhone 3GS will be priced at $99 (8GB), with that price point also available starting June 24. The iPhone 3G has been discontinued. Apple also announced the iPhone OS 4.0 will be available to all iPhones starting June 21 for free. AT&T has indicated that all current subscribers who have contracts ending at any time in 2010 will be able to upgrade to the iPhone 4 at the $199/$299 price points.

nice try, apple! almost convince me!
it' like watching TV on a 42" screen, it's hard to go back to a smaller 27" TV!
its a phone so screen size is not a determining factor to MASS EXTENT.
Apple Playing it's fan boys again
I like apple but i would just wait for the 4g Iphone in a year.
3Gs since 7/9/09, am I eligable for upgrade?
Thanks!
Interesting, downgrade the 3GS to 8GB. Its a never before offered hard drive version. I've never seen a manufacturer go backwards before, but leave it up to apple.
I am glad no Verizon iPhone. Who wants those retards on America's best network anyway.
That explains the ETF!
AT&T upped the ETF to $325 and instantly gives everyone that has an upgrade this year, that upgrade right now. If there was ever a mass exodus planned, this would halt it for sure...
THANK YOU for not naming this the '4G'...
