Apple has made the iPhone 4 available for pre-order directly from the Apple Store online. Based on Apple.com, only the black version of the iPhone 4 will be available on the June 24 launch. Apple lists the white version as "unavailable for pre-order or in-store pick-up." Apple doesn't say when the white one will become available. The iPhone 4 16GB costs $199 and the 32GB costs $299. THose who pre-order can choose between in-store pick-up on June 24 or delivery to their home. Beginning today, people can also pre-order the iPhone 4 in person at Best Buy, RadioShack, and AT&T retail stores. In addition to iPhone pre-orders, Apple also announced a new application for all iOS devices, including the iPhone, that lets users interact with the Apple Store. The application lets users shop from their phone, look up retail stores, read customer reviews, as well as make Personal Shopper, Genius Bar, and One-to-One appointments. The Apple Store app is free.
