Virgin Mobile USA recently launched a new pre-paid plan called payLo. payLo offers two separate plans that each cost $20 per month. The first option includes 400 voice minutes per month at 5 cents per minute. The second option offers 90 days of basic service, with calls costing 20 cents per minute. Handsets for either plan start at $10. Text messages cost 15 cents each, picture messages cost 25 cents each, and data costs $1.50 per megabyte per day. The new payLo plans are available immediately.
