MetroPCS Launches BlackBerry 8530 with Unlimited Service

MetroPCS today announced that it is offering the BlackBerry 8530 smartphone with unlimited talk, text, web, and data for $60 per month. MetroPCS says that the $60 unlimited plan includes IMs, MMS, GPS turn-by-turn navigation, Metro Back-Up, Premium Directory Assistance, and Metro Banking. The $60 monthly fee also includes all taxes. The 8530 costs $230 after a mail-in rebate. MetroPCS does not require a contract with the BlackBerry 8530 service plan.
