WiMax Everywhere but...

As a loyal Sprint customer, it is very insulting to me that WiMax is not offered in my city. No specific time frame of arrival, nothing. I have to pay an additional $10 bucks for a service that is not available to me is just wrong and disrespectful. There are many customers in the metro Detroit area that feels the same. Sprint, you need to make WiMax happen in Detroit soon, or stop charging customers for something we can't use...
May I suggest that rather than writing into Phone Scoop, you might try taking your concern to:

Everywhere BUT Walt Disney World

I love the Clear map, it looks like they covered the vast majority of Orlando.

The biggest gap is the Walt Disney World, where there isn't even a hint of coverage. Some of SR535 / CR435 is covered, but it looks like the Disney property is a black hole for 4G.

Well, so much for getting Rover for my upcoming vacation-- I'll have to pay the $10/day fee for internet at the hotel.

When the Disney Execs start whining like the little brats 😢 that visit their parks everyday, then WiMax will poke it's head out there.
