Apple Sues Nokia in the U.K.

Apple has filed a lawsuit against rival Nokia in the United Kingdom. The lawsuit concerns patents for phone-related technologies. The two companies have already sued one another in the U.S. over the same patents.

Did they ever...

come to any kind of conclusion or final judgement for the U.S. lawsuit? I thought that was still crawling through litigation and nothing had been actually done yet.

In other news, if Apple has the right to sue in the U.K., how does Nokia have the right to sue in the U.S.? o.O
why sue? what is wrong with a little competition? 🙄

Apple suing Nokia over cellular patents.

It's laughable...
Why is it laughable? As far as I know, Nokia hasn't done jack for R&D in the past decade.
