MetroPCS Launches Dallas as Second LTE Market

MetroPCS today announced the addition of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area as its second Long Term Evolution 4G market. As with its launch in Las Vegas, customers in the Dallas area will have access to the Samsung Craft device, which can use the LTE network for wireless broadband data. Monthly plans start at $55 for unlimited voice, messaging and web access. The Craft can be purchased for $299 after rebate. No contract is required.

Still no mention of data speeds?...

I really don't get how a wireless company can launch a nex-gen wireless network and not bother to make any mention of it's data capabilities. Duh!
I agree Jay. I did get some info from a friend of mine that while he was visiting Vegas over the weekend. He poked around for me. He was hearing an average of around 6Mbs on almost full strength signal. On par with WiMAX.
