Samsung Continuum Now Official

On the official Samsung Mobile Twitter feed, the manufacturer has announced the Samsung Continuum. The phone uses a larger touchscreen up top, with a smaller "ticker display" at the bottom. The phone will be availbale on Verizon Wireless on Thursday, November 11. Pricing has not been announced.

Samsung Event Phone?

Is this the phone that was shown at the samsung event today? I remember hearing about the event a few weeks ago and had waited to see what came out but I can't find anything on the event that was supposed to happen today.....
