Apple Sees Little Impact from Japan Tragedy

In a quarterly earnings call today, Apple addressed the impact of the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan on Apple's business. The company has worked with its Japanese suppliers on various contingency plans, and as a result, expects no material impact on its supply chain and costs, at least in the first half of the year. The company expressed a small degree of uncertainty about impact during the second half of the year.
