Samsung Meets Apple's Lawsuit with One of Its Own

Samsung has responded to a lawsuit filed against it by Apple by filing a return lawsuit against Apple. Samsung filed patent suits in Germany, Japan, and Korea. Rather than cover the same ground that Apple's lawsuit covered (design and appearance), Samsung alleges that Apple is violating several patents pertaining to wireless transmission technology. Lawsuits concerning patents has become par for the course among smartphone makers. Apple has yet to respond to Samsung's lawsuit.

Makes LOTS of sense... It's a wild west showdown modern style... On the count of 3 DRAW!!!!

Well...that is how it goes in business, when sued file a countersuit....if Samsung didn't fight back their stockholders would not be happy because they would think Samsung was a bunch of wimps allowing Apple to push them around.....

THE SOLUTION

Hold a round robin tournament with all deviceand software manufacturers regarding the patent, World-Cup style, and the 'winners' go into a playoff bracket. It will make the issues clearer, and add some excitement to boot.

why are they (lawyers) hi-fiving?
they are samsung or apple employees,
they get pay rather working or not.
