Qik updated its general Android video chatting application today, which allows a wider range of users to make video calls to one another. Previous versions of the application limited video calls to certain networks and/or devices. The new version supports video calls via 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi; between Android phones and the iPhone; the ability to share videos via Facebook or Twitter; and the ability to block anonymous callers. The updated application is free.
